What Winning The Ticket Covers
The Golden Ticket Is Equipment, Not Travel
Winning a Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals ticket is a huge achievement, but it does not cover the trip itself. Official Rotax event information confirms the ticket provides all race equipment and consumables for the event week on a loan basis:
Kart & Engine
A complete chassis with engine and accessories for the full event period.
Wheels & Tyres
Rims for dry and wet conditions, plus all race tyres used during the event.
Fuel & Consumables
Pre-mixed fuel and basic service products such as chain lube and cleaners.
Pit Equipment
A trolley, toolbox, battery charger, lead weights, and an assigned pit spot.
Event Access
Driver and mechanic ID cards, wristbands, paddock access, and a personal sticker set.
Not Included
Flights, accommodation, meals, local transport, race suits, helmets, and personal safety gear are the driver's responsibility.

Niko's whole family is travelling to Portugal, but this campaign fundraises for the two people essential to his campaign: Niko, and his dad Scotty, who travels as his mechanic and support crew. It also covers the pre-event costs that give Niko the best possible shot at the Grand Finals.

This budget covers Niko and his dad only. Anybody else travelling with him, including his mum and his brother, pays their own expenses in full — none of the funds raised here go towards additional travellers.
If there is money left over after the trip, it goes straight into Niko's racing account and will continue to support his racing. Nothing raised here is used for anything else.

Our Raffles
We are putting together a few fundraising raffles. If you have goods, a voucher or a service that would make a nice prize, we would love to hear from you — there is no pressure or expectation at all.
Last day to donate a raffle prize: Monday 15 September. That gives us time to pull everything together and start ticket sales on schedule.
Bank deposits are welcome too
For anyone who would like to contribute, direct bank deposit is the simplest way. There are no processing fees, so everything sent goes straight toward the campaign.
